Pelvic ultrasound 3.1 cm cyst left ov , ca level 35.1, is range ok? test range is up to 38.1 for lab i had. don't have cancer but now i'm concerned.

Why did you have US?: Tell us if you had any pelvic symptoms which lead to doing the pelvic ultrasound? Benign cysts of the ovary are common. Your CA level is normal. My advice is to follow the advice of your gynecologist who ordered your first Ultrasound. Follow up repeat ultrasound 1 or 2 more times, 6 months apart, to check on the size of your cyst and any changes//growth
