If I recall correctly you rephrase this question. In the previous question you stated that you also have unstable C4-5 spondylolisthesis. Grade 1 spondylolisthesis is insignificant by itself but if you have problem with C5-C7 and those need to be fixed by surgery so I think you should have it done by the C4-5 as well if advised by the surgeon.

Since surgery has already been recommended, would discuss this additional issue at next visit and get opinion from your surgeon as to whether leave alone and concentrate on other levels, or perhaps deal with all of this during postoperative rehabilitation.
