Stiffness: Stiffness adjacent segment degeneration the disc replacment was the better method rember these procedures are sucessful in treating arm pain not neck ache.

Adjacent segment de: While motion preservation is at least theoretically superior to fusion you have discovered that it does not always work. When that happens the decision has to be the choice of doing nothing or doing a fusion. Only your surgeon along with you can provide the answer to this question.
