See below.: If you are having arm symptoms including pain, weakness, and numbness you may be a candidate for an injection. Physical therapy can also be beneficial especially for neck pain. As a last resort, surgery can be beneficial for some patients especially if nerves are being compressed. I would consult with a spine specialist to discuss your specific case.
