A member asked:

Is the lymphocyte count in the cbc indicative of the b and t cells ?

You need more specific testing not part of the routine CBC to sort these.

A standard CBC measures absolute lymphocytes and percentages. Specific studies of T and B cells and their subtypes are not included, nor is it routine unless a specific immunological disorder is being evaluated.

CBC just provides total lymphocyte count. A separate test is needed for T and B cells. Such a test is not needed for routine care. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
