Not very much: The key is the absolute counts of lymphocytes and granulocytes. I often wish percentages weren't even reported. If the absolute counts of both types of cells are reasonably near the reference range, then don't worry about them; and even these numbers fluctuate wildly. It's more important that no abnormal types of cells are present. If your physician is not concerned, don't be either.
