I recently got a cbc test, my lymphocytes were 45.5% (normal range is till 45%) and w.b.c were 4.4 (normal starts from 4.6 onwards), everything else is in the normal range. this is not a problem, right?

No, you should be fine, nothing to concern. Sometimes, a viral illness can cause mild leukopenia (low white cell count) with lymphocytosis (high percentage of lymphocyte)

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the results you provided are not a cause for concern. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
