Talk to hematologist: If your neutrophils are that low, you probably need to talk to a hematologist. There are lots of things that can cause this, from medications to viruses, etc. This is too complex for a quick online Q&A.

Possibly mononucleosis.: Have your doctor check you out for mononucleosis. If you are negative for mononucleosis you should repeat the blood count again and see if it is getting back to normal or the white count is getting higher.
