Abdomen ct scan dx: 'chronic constipation' with 'large volume of stool through colon without mass obstruction or definite inflammatory change.' confused b/c i have 1-2 normal consistency bowel movements daily. misinterpretation?further workup?

Translation= The wording means the large intestine is dilated or ballooned into a larger than normal size full of poop. It also states there is nothing (structure wise) blocking the poop. This is a common finding in chronic constipation or stool retention that can originate in childhood. It can exist whether you poop daily or not. Rehab can take a year or more with proper guidance.

Woried abdomen CT scan may have missed any defects I may have with colon because colon was full of stool (needed to empty bowel but couldn't).
Always had chronic constipation since a baby. After bowel movement I sometimes feel if I push I could get more out but can not.had bit of clear mucus but it's gone now. Odd time I get urgent feeling to poop but it's either gas or I can't.colon cancer?
