Drinkmplenty of water. empty your bladder when you get the urge. Keep the area clean and then have UA repeated

Yes, it is likely an exacerbation of chronic interstitial cystitis. However, the urine microscopic exam seemed not correlated with IC but the dipstick result was: 2+ leukocytes esterase by dipstick test with normal WBC. By my experience, people with IC usually have at least more than WBCs which is correlated with 1-2+ leukocyte esterase.
