UTI. Pyelonephritis?: Your urinalysis is diagnostic for a urinary tract infection, and with flank pain, it probably involves the kidney (medical term pyelonephritis). It's fairly serious; you need antibiotic treatment right away, maybe even hospitalization for IV antibiotics. Contact your doctor immediately (it's Sunday, but probably someone is on call); or go to a hospital emergency room. Do not delay. Good luck!

Possible UTI.: Those results are consistent with a possible urinary tract infection. Have you been back in touch with the Doctor Who obtained the urinalysis? You certainly made the treatment. If you are getting worse and cannot reach the physician, consider the emergency room.
