Hi i received a urinalysis test result with abnormal +2 ketones, +1 blood, 2+ leukocyte esterase, and above high normal 2+ wbc. no bacteria seen. ?

Urinalysis: The ketones may have been because you were fasting when collecting the urine, or perhaps you are diabetic and blood sugar not in good control. The leukocytes were probably from vaginal secretions unless you had a clean assisted midstream catch urine. You do not say if you have any symptoms. Lab values without a clinical context are not very valuable.
