It suggests that the person that provided the urine has an infection. However, the technique used to collect the urine is important. Random squat & pee samples from a 5 yo are often contaminated by vaginal and skin germs. If it was a properly obtained sample it suggests infection. A culture should be done to be sure of what the germ would be and how to treat it.
