For which antibody & at what point after it is given ? The vaccine associated antibodies differ from those made to the wild covid disease. (but they still can stop the infection) The timing of which antibody is found depends on when the blood is checked after it is given. IgM comes out first/IgG later with some overlap. One dose of any effective vaccine will trigger an antibody response.
