Your platelet count is normal with the mean platelet volume towards the higher size of normal. Your ordering physician would be able to comment in proper clinical context otherwise.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, there is no cause for concern about your results. Wish you good health!
