Im taking coc pills since april 2021, just got my covid-19 vaccine this august 17, 2021and now i have fever. i took my scheduled pills on time on the day i had my first shot. can the pill still protect me even tho i have fever right now?

Fever and illness do not affect the action of oral contraceptives. You are safe and protected from pregnancy. Certain antibiotics, though, are known to reduce the effectiveness of oral contraceptives. If you become ill and require antibiotics, talk to your prescribing Dr about the need for alternative protection methods.
