Got covid after 3 vaccines. first day had high fever of 101,headache. it's gone after 1 day. now there is pinching pain inside my brain from time to time. should i wait it out. otherwise i feel fine. currently on 3rd day?

I hope you mean headache. Take Tylenol or ibuprofen and if not better in few days see your MD. I think you will be fine.
