I suspect it is a side effect/individual reaction to the vaccine. The Maderna instructions specify waiting 90 days after covid before using. Yet some have such a esponse to any of the vaccines whether they had covid or not.

Agree with Dr Ferguson, as most likely you are having vaccine side effects. Do discuss this with your doctor, but suspect you should improve over next 2-3 days at most.

It is possible that you are experiencing a reaction to the vaccine or that you have an unrelated diarrheal illness. Watch for blood and mucus in the stool. Please see your PCP if the fever lasts more than one day. Stay well hydrated and rest. It is less likely to be a recurrence of COVID 19 that is causing your symptoms.

I agree with Drs. Ferguson and Machanac. This is likely a vaccine reaction. It is repeatedly reported that folks who have had the disease are having the most pronounced reactions to the vaccines. I myself have decided to defer vaccination for this very reason in that I have had the disease and have documented antibodies to the virus. Keep up with fluids and antipyretics and notify your PMD.
