A member asked:

If i am fully vaccinated (pfizer, both shots), and was at an event where social distancing was difficult - i am currently asymptomatic - should i get a pcr test a few days later? is it possible it could detect virus the vaccine/immunity has defeated?

The real incidence of break-through infections in fully vaccinated individuals has been blatantly exaggerated in the media. If you are feeling fine, there is no rationale to obtain a PCR test. The latest reports confirm ongoing protection from the Pfizer jabs, even for the Delta variant.

There is no reason for you to get tested, if you do not have any symptoms. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Wish you good health!
