The intensity of vaccine side effects is hard to predict from one to another. Those with the most intense covid experience are likely more at risk than those who have a minor case. That said the 3 month waiting period is designed to reduce that reaction possibility. Your decision to get/not must be based on your own situation.

The current recommendation to have COVID vaccine 3 months after having the infection was for two reasons - one, if vaccine supplies were low, you could use that vaccine to protect someone unprotected, whereas after an infection, you should have some protection. The other reason is that we have studies showing how long you are protected after the vaccine. I would recommend vaccination.
