A member asked:

If you are vaccinated and boosted, but we're in close contact with someone who had asymptomatic covid and tested positive on a pcr the day after you saw them, can they still give it to you, even if they didn't have symptoms? should you isolate?

Asymptomatic individuals may still transmit the infection.Testing on day 3 to 5 post exposure is recommended. If positive or if symptoms occur, follow guidelines, self isolate.

You do not need to isolate if you are boosted and have no symptoms. Must wear a mask for 10 days since last contact. See the new CDC guidelines here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/quarantine-isolation.html
