Immune: You are consider immune , no need of revaccinate. Check again in 2-3 years and if titter below than normal than consider one dose of booster.

No: I'm going to assume that your surface antigen was negative and surface antibody positive; it's easy to scramble these letters. If so, you have the antibody and are immune.
