This is somewhat controversial. After 10 years or longer, antibody from the vaccine sometimes is not detectable. Probably such persons are at least partially protected from hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection but it isn't certain. Most experts recommend revaccination to be maximally safe. You either can be revaccinated, or have an HBV antibody test to help decide. Good luck.
