Took omerprazole on and off for a few years. b12 low. will b12 absorption return to normal now i know longer take omerprazole? or absorption will always be hindered from historic omerprazole use? thank you?

You may take sub-lingual form of vitamin B12 to partially circumvent the intestinal absorption issue. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
