I am 16, eating proper diet with all vitamins minerals and enough protein,carbs,fats and working out 5 times a week. i consume 2750 calories a day but i found myself hungry most of the day. i am 70.7kg and 5'10 should i consume more calories?

If your weight is stable, you should not increase your caloric intake. Drinking cold water when you feel hungary may help you tide over the feeling. Once you gain weight, it is very hard to lose it. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
