I had a negative sputum test.i got ptb medication for 2months base on my doctor says..after 2 months my chest xray findings is suspicious infiltrates in right upper lung.the rest chest findings are normal..what does it means??please help me enlighten?

We need more history. Like weight loss, cough and night sweats. Recommend CT chest and see pulmonologist for possible broncoscopy
