Angina ekg: Angina is a symptom you have. Chest pain that comes on with exercise and stops with rest. Discuss with team.

Ecg: Your symptoms are not even suggesting angina as the chest pain appears at rest while in ischemic angina it typically appears with activities. Other possibilities for your chest pain should be further investigated, tb or not tb related and keeping in mind that most commonly the cause is musculoskeletal, sometimes hard to prove on imaging. Anxiety is definitely possible until work up completed.
