1 year?: If it's been going in for a year, you need a TB blood test and/or current chest xray. You may have a sinus infection which could also cause chronic symptoms such as yours. If TB is excluded, I would consider 4-6 weeks of clindamycin or amoxicillin-clavulanate (Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) in the USA), or metronidazole or a macrolide such as azithromycin or clarithromycin.
