Ptb stands for pulmonary tuberculosis, changes seen are typical for location and appearance per radiologists interpretation. Undetermined activity denotes the possibility of acute lesions/disease vs chronic lesions/scar. You will need follow up with your primary care doc or pulmonary to be able to clarify.
