These are quite common even in younger people . Increased stress, overexposure to sunlight, pressure on the forehead due to sleeping position, can all accelerate the appearance of these forehead wrinkles. so improving your lifestyle to avoid these factors and practicing relaxation exercises like yoga , would help to slow their development .Some have found forehead massage, helpful.

Hard to do that, some derms will tighten - pull the skin tight over a loose area, tour only option to effect a change would be plastic surgery, very bad idea for something that occurs naturally - see a dermatologist or plastic surgeon if this is that important to you ..

It is likely that your fine lines are normal skin markings. However, at 16 they can be quite distressing. There is a tendency to scrutinize the skin, the hair, and particularly the acne, and to be painfully conscious of all of the above. You will want to treat your skin gently and that means regular cleansing, not overdrying with acne medication, and a very mild moisturizer if needed.

People start to develop lines from an early age. Muscles in the face move and make skin stretch or shrink when facial expressions are created. Genetics (skin quality can run in families), sunlight damage (such as from sunshine or reflected sunlight from snow), or repeated facial expressions can make lines more likely and more visible. Using sunscreen, moisturizers, and hats are best prevention.
