Hmmmmm: Not a lot to go on here and i if your doctor diagnosed an condition involving your neuromuscular anatomy, there must have been some supporting history/exam findings/studies for that beyond the symptoms you've mentioned. If you've been diagnosed with a condition and it's not making sense, you may benefit from a second opinion. Wish you the best.
