Reply: Most of the 3 months old may still have a head lag or in other words still not able to hold their head up. That should not worry you. Different babies have different timing to develop age expected milestones, put her on her tummy and see if he tries to lift her head up, also lying on her back if she tries to raise her head up 45 degrees or not. Best to discuss with your doctor who can assess her.
