I suffer from the delayed sleep phase disorder any shift in time schedule causes a migraine attack and pressure in the head any help to save me pain?

Treat the DSPS: I would try treating the sleep disorder with melatonin or timed light exposure. If that doesn't work a traditional daily migraine preventative med is reasonable.
