Mgt: Premature infants may have delayed speech, and her hearing should be evaluated by your PCP. Her growth parameters appear within range, and should be followed along with her ht, wt, and BMI in the future. Premature infants may be prone to respiratory problems, and I would advise maximizing her nutritional status which improves lung growth as well.
