Recently had labs that presented some abnormalities such as low hba2 and low mchc. i was told by my primary care physician i have nothing to worry about but would like advice from a hematologist. i also had a history of low wbc in the past year?

Your question is too general so it is difficult to give advice. If you have the numbers of previous and current Hb, MCH and WBC, we may have opinion with more certainty. However, if primary doctor wants you to be seen by a hematologist you should do that.

I have been referred to a hematologist for low wbc. My abnormal lab results were: wbc 3.7, monocyte pct 12, and lymphocytes abs 0.9. I have no other symptoms, should I be concerned about the referral?
If I have discoloration around both eyes, and red dots above the lids what type of doctor would I go to? My CBC is normal, WBC only slightly low. Would I go to a neurologist? Or hematologist? Something is wrong with the color around my eyes.
My WBC was 1.6 and doctor is unsure why. Appt with hematologist is not until next week. Is this really low? Can I do anything to increase it?
