Isolated low mch level is 26 pg in 13 year old. level has been going from 26pg to 27 pg past 4 years with mchc going from 32 to 33. ferritin is 49. rest of cbc and cmp normal. doctors ignore these labs. should i be concerned?

No. MCH and MCHC value are within normal range for your age , so is Ferritin level.
