Nothing you need to: do at present other than keeping your hematology appointment. This is a low white blood cell count which needs further work up.

Normal is 3.8-10.8: However WBCs can fluctuate, and your bone marrow can produce more WBCs as we speak. The important thing to do is take good care of yourself. It is important that you are eating healthy, and if you are not supplement your diet with a women's multivitamin. Second, be sure to get your rest. Most people need 7-8 hrs of sleep/night. Third, try to get 30-45 min of walking/or other exercise daily.
