The first sentence of your question is not clear so I have to guess. By the numbers in July and August, it seems you have high red blood cell count but your red cell size is small so hemoglobin and hematocrit are normal. These findings are consistent with thalassemia trait so you won't need a hematologist and you red cell count will not go up further.

As advised earlier, your findings are consistent with thalassemia minor and no more testing is required unless you develop more symptoms.
