If i have discoloration around both eyes, and red dots above the lids what type of doctor would i go to? my cbc is normal, wbc only slightly low. would i go to a neurologist? or hematologist? something is wrong with the color around my eyes.

Dermatologist: It would be better to start with your primary care provider and ascertain if referral to a specialist is needed.
