Traxenamic Acid is an antifribrinolytic which improves clotting in persons exhibiting trauma, after a surgery or in persons with hemophilia. It is used much less for Hemoptysis. It is typically used for short periods of time only. Consulting your prescribing Dr and following up with them will provide the most appropriate results.
