Can old healed cause hemoptysis? how serious is that?

TB?: I did not get the whole question but i suppose you meant tb. The problem is it can reactivate especially if not fully treated, it can develop into scar carcinoma, it can cause bronchiectases which can cause hemoptysis, it can cause the development of rasmussen's aneurysm. So a better work up is needed. And yes any hemoptysis should not be taken lightly.
