With the changing in color of phlegm I think you should be treated with oral antibiotic(s), blood streaked sputum is common in bronchitis. Please call your doctor for help.

Bronchospasm with the cough is one possible condition associated with COVID-19. A chest image is recommended, and a secondary bacterial cause should be considered. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and worsening. Keep well hydrated,rest and please follow up.
