I picked a discarded needle by its shaft not tip. there was a lil speck of dry blood very minute on my finger tip and then i accidentally rubbed my tear duct. is that an hiv risk when 2 test? is 3 months enough? test after 7 weeks negative. cnclsv?

THE BLOOD WAS DRIED AND NOT WET,NO PROBLEM. IF WET BLOOD COMES IN CONTACT WITH WET BLOOD FROM YOUR BODY DUE TO A CUT OR OPEN WOUND THAN HIV TRANSMISSION IS POSSIBLE. ALWAYS BE CAREFUL OF BLOOD TO BLOOD CONTACT SO YOU DON'T CONTRACT ANY BLOOD BORNE DISEASES,HIV , HPV ,AND STD'S.

Even if blood on that needle was from a patient with HIV+, the risk of being infected with HIV is extremely rare in your situation. If you had the fourth generation HIV test done at 7 weeks and it was negative you do not need further testing.
