During my self hiv test after pricking the finger during opening the buffer lid for coincidence i touch the place on buffer lid where there's hiv blood on it but i was already wip that place 16 days ago with water only and become dry can i get hiv?

HIV cannot be transmitted through above mentioned mechanism unless fresh contaminated blood on it, the virus does not live on inanimate surfaces or in the air. There is still a risk for transmission for other germs and the wound should be watched closely until healed. Check cdc.gov for reliable information regarding HIV transmission.
