Very very unlikely. HIV is not usually transmitted through food. If you are not HIV positive, there is no risk. For the sake of your health, you should get tested for HIV.

Probably the medical office (or pharmacy?) where you work has an infection control system, nurse, etc. You should report your needlestick event and follow their advice about testing you for HIV and other blood-borne infections; or perhaps interviewing and/or testing the vaccine recipient for HIV and hepatitis B and C. However, even without such testing, your risk probably is zero or close to it.
