Two weeks back i took a blood test and im not sure if nurse used the same needle twice! is it possible to draw blood from an used needle? im worried about hep and hiv incase the nurse used a same needle?

Medical needles are designed to be disposable. They come sterile and are wrapped individually. They are one use. You may be overly concerned over nothing.
