I was told yesterday only one wisdom teeth was supposed to be removed and they removed it , got home and check my paper all 4 was supposed to be removed could they go back in and have removed today?

This is the wrong place to ask. If at the time the dental surgeon decided only one needed to come out but the paperwork was wrong, clarify that issue with the office staff. Papers don't decide what procedure needs to be done, the doctor does. If s/he thinks they should come out in stages that is also their call.
