Sometimes : Sometimes material that looks brown can just be some blood and tissue. If you have actual pus, i recommend that you contact you dentist, as you may have developed an infectionat that site.

Please : Please follow up with your dentist. Sometimes a fragment of the root of the wisdom tooth may be left behind and infection can occur. Be safe and have it checked out. Best wishes.
