You certainly: should contact your Dentist/Oral Surgeon however USUALLY as long as there is no bleeding, recurrent or worsening pain , there is nothing to worry about! These are "soluble" sutures (temporary to stop bleeding) and do not need to be replaced! Hope this helps! Dr Z
