Blood in urine for 5 weeks, i was diagnosed with pyelonephritis. ive been on ciprofloxacin for 5 days but still having blood in urine and flank pain. kidney and bladder ultrasound was normal. any test recommendations?

Your medical history is not consistent with a simple pyelonephritis. If gross hematuria was the initial symptom and then pyelonephritis, bladder stone or lesion needs to be ruled out. Kidney ultrasound if done properly should not miss kidney stone but it might miss bladder stone or lesion. Were the bacteria sensitive with Cipro with urine culture? You may need both CT with contrast + cystoscopy.
